Shuman Sohrn is a partner in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. He is a member of the firm’s Complex and Commercial Litigation practice group and Anti-Terrorism practice group.
Mr. Sohrn’s practice focuses on litigation matters relating to mass torts, business torts, contract disputes, fraud, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, real estate disputes, and securities fraud. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Sohrn has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.
Prior to joining Sparacino PLLC, Mr. Sohrn was an Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel in the Enforcement Division for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. Prior to his time at the SEC, he was a partner in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Atlanta, Georgia office, where he specialized in litigation, bankruptcy, and restructuring matters.
