Hilary Lister serves as Chief Investigative Officer at Sparacino PLLC. She works on sensitive whistleblower matters, focusing on investigating instances of corporate wrongdoing and supporting clients’ investigative needs in civil and criminal litigation.
Prior to Sparacino PLLC, Ms. Lister was a Director at the D.C. office of an elite global private investigation firm. She has worked on and led a wide range of complex investigations, including matters involving asset traces and recovery of funds, witness vetting, third party and integrity due diligence, digital forensics and cyber incident response, embezzlement investigations, pre- and post-acquisition diligence, and FCPA/anti-corruption assignments.
