Stacy J. Taylor



Stacy Taylor is a member of the firm’s Anti-Terrorism Act practice. Prior to joining Sparacino PLLC, Ms. Taylor retired as a Major in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.  During her tenure, Ms. Taylor oversaw administrative investigations for the Army, deployed to the Horn of Africa to assist in Rule of Law efforts, and gained experience in high-profile criminal matters, fiscal law, operational law, and ethics.  She holds experience handling Freedom of Information, Privacy Act, and homeland defense matters.

Ms. Taylor served as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), as well as the JFK Special Warfare Center and School.  In addition, Ms. Taylor served as an Ethics Advisor for numerous command and staff elements.

Ms. Taylor’s military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (3 Oak Leaf clusters), the Army Commendation Medal, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, and the Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal.
