Dustin Lee

Dustin Lee is the Chief Research Officer at Sparacino PLLC. He brings years of investigatory and fact-finding experience to the Firm. While he fills a non-legal role at Sparacino PLLC, Mr. Lee previously represented companies, business owners, and officers in a variety of civil and criminal matters, internal investigations, and enforcement actions during his fifteen-year career.

Prior to joining Sparacino PLLC, Mr. Lee was a partner at Dallas-based Ryan Law Partners LLP and a senior litigator at a law firm in New England, where he tried cases in state and federal courts on a range of issues. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Lee worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, where his practice focused on securities litigation and enforcement, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. Prior to law school, Mr. Lee worked as an Investigative Analyst in the Rackets Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted prosecutors in grand jury investigations of organized crime matters.

Mr. Lee is not a lawyer, does not provide legal advice, and works under the supervision of partners of the Firm who are licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
